Humans aren't like flowerpots
As you can plainly see,
There's a lot more colour rather than
Just you and me.

All around the world, you'll see
There's many different lands,
And as we join towards the centre
We look at different hands.

At times the whites did pick on blacks
But why is this wrong so?
They believed that they were different
So they needed to go!

But history had made mistakes
And, as we know, it's true,
It's wrong to hate those people
Because they're people too!

Imagine, only for a second
That you had faced that fate,
Staring up towards those people
Filled with all that hate.

Don't judge a book by its cover
Or a person by their skin,
You need to know the type of human
From inside, deep within.

So, unlike those red flowerpots
We aren't all the same,
There's different colours, races, people
All with different names!
